Fees and Other Charges

This is an overview of what fees Lambton Property Management Charges

• Our fee for managing your property is 7.5% (plus GST) of rents collected from the property.
  
• The Actual costs of advertising, courier charges, legal costs, credit checks, maintenance and other incidentals as agreed to. We do not place a handling fee on any charges.
  
• We do not charge a minimum monthly or account maintenance fee.
  
• We do not charge for property inspections.
  
• We do not charge our clients for rental appraisals.
  
• We do not charge for attendances at the Tenancy Tribunal and District Court on your behalf.
  

What is included in the fee that you pay?

• Inspections as follows:
  Pre-move in,
  End of Tenancy,
  After the first month of the Tenancy,
  Every three months thereafter,
  Follow up inspections if required.
  
• Arranging of maintenance and disbursements as required.
  
• Six monthly rental appraisals.
  
• Regular statements and summaries, either emailed or posted to you (and your accountant if desired).
  
• Access to the discounted prices we receive from tradesmen and companies.
  
• Rents disbursed within 5 working days of receipt to our account.
  
• You are able to access a secure website and view your property financial details online.
