The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, good bench space and plenty of storage. The living area is well heated with an inbuilt gas heater and has great views across Hataitai to the airport and ocean. The bedrooms are all large double rooms with a nice open feel to them; some of them share the same view as the living space. There are two bathrooms, with heated towel rails, and one of the bathrooms has a bath with shower over. We tried the water pressure and it seemed really good. In addition to the ample space inside this house, there is a lockable basement underneath, perfect for storing your bikes and other items.
The back yard is terraced and low maintenance and would make a really nice place to have a BBQ. The house has off street parking and is only about two minutes walk to the Hataitai Shops.
Overall, this is a well laid out spacious home on a popular street, with easy and quick access to Wellington City.
