Change the management of your property to LPM

Its an easy process. Fill in the form below and email or fax it to your current property manager. Then advise us when this has been sent and we will take care of the rest.

We will liase with them and arrange the transfer of:

The documenation regarding to the tenancy,
Photos relating to the tenancy,
Details of any planned maintenance,
And any other pertinent information relating to the property and tenancy.

We will liase with the tenants and arrange for their payments to be redirected to us and arrange to meet them and carry out an inspection of the property.

We will keep you updated each step of the way.
