‘Pam’. I will do by best not to be biased and stick the facts (For those who don’t know Pam is my partner and I think she’s the best).
Pam has an amazing ability to stay calm and collected. People can tell her blatant untruths and unlike me, she still keeps a smile on her face and in her voice. She has a very in-depth understanding of the Tenancy Act and also of Tenancy Tribunal rulings and all of us look to her for clarification of points relating to us on a regular basis.
Pam also deals a lot with the chasing of unpaid rents and related matters and the vast majority of the time she resolves the issues and somehow doesn’t seem to alienate the tenants.
(Now for some bias) I think she’s simply great J

I thought I would write about our staff, go over who they are, what they do and the skills and experience they bring to our team. They may find this slightly embarrassing, but hey I’m the boss me J

There are painters and then there is Paul and Amanda at Changing Places. The first thing that becomes apparent talking to them is that they know what they are doing. The second thing is that not only have they looked at the job, but they have also refined what you asked for and quite often have a better idea (and that is very hard for me to admit) J
From my point of view these are just two of the things going for them. The others include things such as high quality work, attention to detail, jobs coming in as quoted, an ability to liaise well with tenants, a great attitude, and the list go goes on. I am normally slightly nervous when recommending painters, but in the case of Changing Places, I am not nervous, nor do I hesitate to recommend them.
