I think all these people live in Stepford.
It seems sometimes like the infomercial is in place of public service broadcasting, or a useful documentary. Have you seen what passes for a documentary these days? ‘dramatisiations’ ‘re-enactments’ ‘inspired by’ Jeez, just give us the facts.

I think fairness is something too many landlords forget.
After all, would they want their mother/sister/daughter treated unfairly if they were renting?
Although that some landlords get all uppity about heating is just absurd. Insulate the place properly, or accept people need heating. Unless you want to rent to polar bears during winter.

Sometimes we can’t always help friends with financial stuff, but we can almost always give our time.

Taking a few seconds to calm down can make a huge difference. My perspective these days - will getting angry about this make me any happier? It’s taken me a long time to figure out that being pissed rarely makes me any happier.

Hey Shayne, you’re a business that is in a growth phase and able to hire someone. This is pretty damn fantastic news, particularly when other businesses are thinking that getting rid of people is a smart move to reduce costs.
